ٹی ایل پی ایک دہشتگرد جماعت ؟ ؟ ؟

پاکستان جیسے جوہری طاقت والے ملک میں دہشت گردی، انتہا پسندی اور ملک دشمنی کئی دہائیوں سے قوم کے جسمِ نازک کو چھلنی کر رہی ہے۔ کوئی بھی جماعت، گروہ یا تنظیم جو براہ راست دہشت گردی میں ملوث ہو، ریاستِ پاکستان کی رٹ کو کھلے عام چیلنج کرے یا ملکی سالمیت کے خلاف سازشیں کرے، وہ دراصل قوم کے امن، استحکام اور روشن مستقبل کے لیے ایک سنگین خطرہ ہے۔ ہر ذمہ دار شہری کا فرض ہے کہ وہ اس کا قلع قمع کرنے میں اپنا بھرپور کردار ادا کرے۔ ایسی قوتوں کے ساتھ کسی بھی قسم کا سمجھوتہ ان لاکھوں شہداء کی قربانیوں کی توہین شمار ہوگا جنہوں نے اپنا خون بہا کر اس سرزمین کو محفوظ بنایا۔ قومی سلامتی کے تقاضے کے مطابق حکومت، فوج، انٹیلی جنس ادارے، عدلیہ، میڈیا اور عوام کو ایک ہی قومی مفاد پر مبنی مؤقف پر متحد ہو کر ان شر پسند عناصر کا مکمل خاتمہ کرنا چاہیے۔ جب تک دہشت گردی کی آگ، انتہا پسندی کی آندھی اور ملک دشمن سوچ کی زہریلی جڑیں اکھاڑی نہ جائیں، اس وقت تک معاشی ترقی، سماجی انصاف اور پائیدار امن کی بنیاد نہیں رکھی جا سکتی ہے۔ یہی حب الوطنی پاکستان کے روشن مستقبل کی ضمانت اور ہر پاکستانی کا فرضِ منصبی ہے۔
اب ہم اس تناظر میں ٹی ایل پی کا حقائق اور معروضی حالات کی روشنی میں ایک حقیقت پسندانہ جائزہ لیتے ہیں کہ کیا واقعی ٹی ایل پی ایک دہشت گرد جماعت ہے؟ کیا اس کی قیادت نے ریاستِ پاکستان کے خلاف بغاوت کی، ملکی رٹ کو چیلنج کیا یا قومی سالمیت کو خطرے میں ڈالنے کی کوشش کی؟ آئیے، تعصب کی عینک اتار کر، تاریخی دستاویزات، عدالتی فیصلوں اور عوامی ریکارڈ کی روشنی میں اس سوال کا تفصیلی تجزیہ کرتے ہیں۔ یہ جائزہ نہ صرف ٹی ایل پی کی حقیقت کو واضح کرے گا بلکہ اس کے خلاف جاری سخت کریک ڈاؤن کی اصل وجوہات کو بھی بے نقاب کرے گا۔
ٹی ایل پی کے آغاز سے ہی “پاکستان کے اسلامی تشخص کا تحفظ” اس کےمنشور کا بنیادی مقصد رہا ہے۔ اس کے بانی ایک سادہ لوح اور درویش منش عالم دین تھے، جن کی زبان میں اللہ تعالیٰ نے ایک عجیب تاثیر رکھی تھی۔ ان کی سینکڑوں وڈیوز اور آڈیوز گواہ ہیں کہ ان کا بیانیہ کبھی بھی ریاستِ پاکستان کے خلاف بغاوت یا ملک دشمنی کا شکار نہیں ہوا۔ ان کے تمام احتجاجات، دھرنے اور مظاہرے آئینی، نظریاتی اور دینی اصولوں کے عین مطابق تھے۔ تاریخی طور پر دیکھیں تو ٹی ایل پی کا بیانیہ جمیعت علمائے اسلام، جمیعت علمائے پاکستان اور جمیعت اہل حدیث جیسی روایتی مذہبی جماعتوں کی طرز پر ہے، جو عوامی سطح پر دینی احساسات کو سیاسی اظہار کا ذریعہ بناتی ہیں۔ رہی بات احتجاج کے دوران کسی حد تک متشدد رویوں کی، تو بد قسمتی سے یہ ہمارے قومی مزاج میں داخل ہے۔ پر امن احتجاج میں تشدد کا عنصر کسی بھی صورت میں قابل مذمت ہے لیکن پاکستان کی سیاسی تاریخ اس کی گواہ ہے کہ 1977 کی بھٹو حکومت کے خلاف تحریکیں، 1990 کے نواز شریف کے دھرنے یا 2014 اور 2024 کا عمران خان کا لانگ مارچ، ہر بڑی سیاسی جماعت کے احتجاج میں پرتشدد عناصر شامل رہے ہیں جنہوں نے توڑ پھوڑ کی اور پولیس پر حملے کیے۔ سوال یہ ہے کہ کیا ان سب جماعتوں کو دہشت گرد قرار دے کر ان پر پابندیاں عائدکی گئیں یا انہیں فورتھ شیڈول میں ڈالا گیا؟ یقینا نہیں! تو پھر صرف ایک سیاسی جماعت “ٹی ایل پی” کو اس کا نشانہ بنانا واضح طور پر انصاف کے اصولوں کے منافی اور تعصب پر مبنی ہے۔ عدالتی سطح پر بھی ٹی ایل پی پر دہشت گردی کا کوئی الزام ثابت نہیں ہوا۔ لاہور ہائی کورٹ اور سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلوں میں انہیں سیاسی جماعت تسلیم کیا گیا اور ان کے مطالبات اور احتجاجات کو آئینی حدود کے اندر تسلیم کیا گیا۔ 2021ء میں ان کے خلاف عائد پابندیوں کو عدالت نے ہٹا دیا اور انہیں الیکشن لڑنے کی اجازت دی۔ یہ سب ثبوت اس بات کی تصدیق کرتے ہیں کہ ٹی ایل پی ایک مذہبی، عوامی اور نظریاتی تحریک ہے نہ کہ دہشت گرد یا ریاست دشمن تنظیم۔
اب سوال یہ پیدا ہوتا ہے کہ اگر ٹی ایل پی پر دہشت گردی کا کوئی ثبوت نہیں تو حکومت اس کے خلاف سخت خونی ایکشن کیوں لے رہی ہے؟ گرفتاریاں، کریک ڈاؤن اور رجسٹریشن منسوخی کی کوششیں کس لیے؟ بغور جائزہ لینے سے یہ بات سمجھ آتی ہے کہ اس کی وجوہات محض سیاسی نہیں بلکہ نظریاتی اور سازشی ہیں۔ ہوا یوں کہ معرض وجود میں آنے کے ساتھ ہی اسلامی جمہوریہ پاکستان کے اسلامی تشخص کو کمزور کرنے کے لیے ایک منظم مہم کا آغاز ہو گیا۔ اس مقصد کیلئے لادین اور اسلام دشمن قوتوں نے اربوں ڈالر خرچ کیے۔ کالجوں اور یونیورسٹیوں میں بے حیائی، فحش کلچر اور سیکولر ازم کو فروغ دیا گیا۔ نوجوان نسل ڈرگ کلچر اور فحش فلموں، ڈراموں کے ذریعے دین سے دور ہو گئی۔ رفتہ رفتہ نصابِ تعلیم سے اسلامائزیشن کو ختم کیا گیا اور توہینِ رسالت جیسے قوانین کو “انتہا پسندی” کا لیبل دے کر کمزور کرنے کی سازش رچائی گئی۔ مگر اللہ تعالیٰ کی قدرت دیکھیں۔ لاہور کی ایک چھوٹی سی “مسجدِ رحمة لِلِعالمین” سے ایک درویش منش شخص اٹھا۔ اس کی زبان میں وہ خداداد تاثیر تھی جو سننے والوں کے دلوں کو جھنجھوڑ دیتی تھی۔ ہمارے سماج کے وہ نوجوان جو نشے کی لت میں ڈوبے ہوئے تھے، جو بے حیائی اور غفلت کی زنجیروں میں جکڑے ہوئے تھے، اچانک اللہ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ کی محبت سے سرشار ہو گئے۔ انہوں نے چہرے پہ سنت رسول ﷺ سجا لی اور ان کی زبانوں پر “لبیک یا رسول اللہ ﷺ” کا نعرہ گونجنے لگا۔ یہ دین اسلام کی محبت کی ایک ایسی لہر بن گئی، جو گلیوں، بازاروں اور دیہاتوں تک پھیل گئی۔ ہر شعبہ زندگی سے ان کی تعداد لاکھوں سے کروڑوں تک پہنچ گئی۔ دیکھتے ہی دیکھتے “ٹی ایل پی” ایک رجسٹرڈ سیاسی جماعت بن گئی، جس نے 2024ء کے انتخابات میں 25 لاکھ سے زائد ووٹ حاصل کرکے تیسری بڑی جماعت بن گئی۔ اس قافلہ عشق و مستی نےایک ایسی عوامی طاقت کا روپ دھار لیا کہ جو میڈیا کے بلیک آؤٹ اور پروپیگنڈے کے باوجود روز بروز بڑھتا ہی چلا گیا۔ پھر اس مرد درویش علامہ خ ح رضوی رحمة الله عليه کے جنازے میں مینارِ پاکستان اور لاہور کی سڑکوں پر لاکھوں عقیدت مندوں کا سمندر امنڈ آیا۔ ایک ایسا منظر جو اس جماعت کی عوامی قبولیت کا زندہ ثبوت تھا۔ یہ سب دیکھ کر وہ لبرل، منکرین ختم نبوت اور اسلام دشمن عناصر خوفزدہ ہو گئے، جنہوں نے برسوں سے دینی اقدار کو مٹانے کی کوشش کی تھی۔ اب انہوں نے تہیہ کر لیا کہ ٹی ایل پی کو ختم کرنا ہے۔ اس کی قیادت کو گرفتار کرنا ہے۔ اس کے مراکز کو بند کرنا ہے۔ جس مرد درویش کی پر اثر زبان سے یہ تبدیلی رونما ہوئی اس کی قبر کو سیل کرنا ہے۔ ہر اس دیوار کو مسمار کر دینا ہے جہاں”لبیک یا رسول اللہ ﷺ” لکھا ہو۔ اصل میں یہ عشقِ رسول ﷺ کی اس آواز کو خاموش کرنے کی سازش ہے جو ان دین بیزاروں کی نظریاتی بنیادوں کو ہلا رہی ہے۔ ان کی پوری کوشش ہے کہ

یہ فاقہ کش جو موت سے ڈرتا نہیں ذرا
روح محمد اس کے بدن سے نکال دو (ﷺ)

یاد رکھیں! “لبیک یا رسول اللہ ﷺ” کا نعرہ مٹنے والا نہیں۔ ہم سب مٹ جائیں گے، حکومتیں گر جائیں گی مگر یہ جذبہِ ایمانی اور قومی غیرت سربلند رہے گی۔ کیونکہ عشقِ رسول ﷺ پاکستان کی نظریاتی بنیاد کی روح ہے۔ یہ عشق رسول ﷺ ہی ہے جو ہمیں متحد کرتا ہے، مضبوط بناتا ہے اور دشمنوں کی سازشوں کے سامنے “بنیان مرصوص” کی صورت میں ایک چٹان بن جاتا ہے۔ اللہ تعالٰی ارباب اختیار کو شعور عطا فرمائے اور پاکستان کی حفاظت فرمائے۔ آمین۔

Title: Is TLP a terrorist organization ? ? ?

Terrorism, extremism and anti-state activities have been piercing the delicate body of the nation in Pakistan — a nuclear state — for several decades. Any party, group or organization that is directly involved in terrorism, openly challenges the writ of the State of Pakistan, or conspires against national integrity is, in fact, a grave threat to the peace, stability and bright future of the nation. It is the duty of every responsible citizen to play a full role in wiping it out. Any compromise with such forces would be an insult to the millions of martyrs who shed their blood to secure this land. In accordance with national security requirements, the government, the military, intelligence agencies, the judiciary, the media and the public should unite on a single national-interest position and completely eliminate these miscreant elements. Until the fires of terrorism, the storms of extremism, and the poisonous roots of anti-state thinking are uprooted, economic development, social justice and sustainable peace cannot be founded. This is the guarantee of Pakistan’s bright future and the solemn duty of every Pakistani.

Now, in this context, let us take a realistic assessment — in light of facts and objective circumstances — of whether the TLP is really a terrorist organization. Has its leadership rebelled against the State of Pakistan, challenged the country’s writ, or attempted to endanger national integrity? Let us remove the lens of bias and examine historical documents, court decisions and public records to analyze this question in detail. This review will not only clarify the reality of the TLP but also expose the real reasons behind the harsh crackdown against it.

From its inception the protection of Pakistan’s Islamic identity has been the central objective of TLP’s manifesto. Its founder was a simple-hearted, ascetic religious scholar, whose speech had a peculiar, compelling effect. Hundreds of his videos and audio recordings testify that his rhetoric never amounted to rebellion against the State of Pakistan or hostility to the country. All of their protests, sit-ins and demonstrations were, they claim, in accordance with constitutional, ideological and religious principles. Historically, TLP’s rhetoric resembles that of traditional religious parties such as Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam, Jamiat Ulema-e-Pakistan and Jamiat Ahl-e-Hadith, which channel religious sentiments into political expression at the popular level.

As for incidents of violence during protests, unfortunately this afflicts our national temperament. The presence of violent elements in otherwise peaceful protests is condemnable in every case, but Pakistan’s political history testifies that major political movements — for example the 1977 protests against Bhutto’s government, the 1990 sit-ins against Nawaz Sharif, or Imran Khan’s long march in 2014 and 2024 — all contained violent elements that committed vandalism and attacked police. The question is: were all those parties labeled as terrorists, or placed in the Fourth Schedule [of banned organizations]? Certainly not. So singling out just one political party, TLP, clearly violates the principles of justice and is biased. At the judicial level, no charge of terrorism against TLP has been proven. Lahore High Court and the Supreme Court treated it as a political party and recognized that their demands and protests fell within constitutional bounds. In 2021 the bans imposed on them were lifted by the courts and they were allowed to contest elections. All this evidence confirms that TLP is a religious, popular and ideological movement — not a terrorist or anti-state organization.

Now the question arises: if there is no evidence that TLP is a terrorist organization, why is the government taking harsh, bloody action against it? Why arrests, crackdowns and attempts to cancel its registration? A careful review shows these reasons are not merely political but ideological and conspiratorial. When it emerged, a coordinated campaign started to weaken the Islamic identity of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. For this purpose, anti-religious and Islam-hostile forces spent billions of dollars. Colleges and universities promoted immorality, obscene culture and secularism. The younger generation was led astray by drug culture and pornography, films and dramas which distanced them from religion. Gradually the Islamization of the curriculum was removed and blasphemy laws were painted as “extremism” in a plot to weaken them.

But by God’s power, from a small mosque in Lahore called “Masjid-e-Rahmatul-Lil-Alameen” rose an ascetic person. There was in his speech a God-given effect that shook the hearts of listeners. The youth of our society who were drowned in addiction, who were bound in the chains of immorality and negligence, suddenly became filled with love of Allah and His Messenger (peace be upon him). They put on the Prophetic way on their faces and the slogan “Labbaik Ya Rasul Allah (Here I am, O Messenger of Allah)” began to ring from their tongues. This became a wave of love for religion that spread through streets, markets and villages. Their numbers swelled from thousands to millions. Soon TLP became a registered political party which, in the 2024 elections, secured more than 2.5 million votes and became the third largest party. This caravan of love and ecstasy took on such popular strength that, despite media blackouts and propaganda, it kept growing.

Then, during the funeral of that ascetic leader — Kh. [name abbreviated] Razi, may God have mercy on him — a sea of millions of devotees poured onto the streets of Lahore and Minar-e-Pakistan. Such a scene was living proof of the party’s popular acceptance. Seeing all this, the liberals, deniers of the finality of Prophethood and anti-Islam elements became frightened — those who had for years tried to erase religious values. They resolved that TLP must be destroyed: its leadership arrested; its centers closed; the influential ascetic whose words inspired change must be targeted and even his grave sealed; every wall where “Labbaik Ya Rasul Allah” was written must be demolished. In reality, this is a conspiracy to silence the voice of love for the Prophet (peace be upon him) that is shaking the ideological foundations of these anti-religious elements. Their entire effort is to

> Remove from the body the soul who does not fear dying,
Remove from his body the spirit of Muhammad (peace be upon him).

Remember: the slogan “Labbaik Ya Rasul Allah” will not be erased. We may all perish, governments may fall, but this devotion and national pride will remain exalted. For the love of the Prophet is the soul of Pakistan’s ideological foundation. This love makes us united, strengthens us, and in the face of enemies’ conspiracies it forms a wall of solidarity. May Allah grant wisdom to those in authority and protect Pakistan. Ameen.
